The first contractor to claim a ZIP is assigned primary status. Subsequent contractors are queued as backup positions and ring only when the primary does not answer.

What happens when wallet funds are exhausted during the day?

Routing pauses automatically once the balance falls below the per-call cost. Top up to resume. The platform does not auto-charge stored payment methods.

What is the source of the inbound calls?

How do I close my account?
